Agents working together at a table during the Ten Twenty mentor program

Agent Launch & Mentor Program

You got your license. Now let’s teach you how to be an agent.

A structured, hands-on mentor program designed to take you from newly licensed and overwhelmed to confident, competent and increasingly independent.

That’s where we come in

A license is the beginning. Not the finish line.

Passing the exam doesn’t automatically teach you how to:

  • Work with real buyers and sellers
  • Write and negotiate contracts
  • Price a property correctly
  • Navigate inspections and negotiations
  • Manage a transaction from contract to closing
  • Communicate confidently
  • Build a sustainable business
  • Know when to ask for help
  • Know what to do when something doesn’t go to plan
This is more than a “mentorship.” It’s a roadmap. We don’t believe new agents should be handed a license, a login and told “good luck.” We’ve built a structured system that walks agents through the knowledge, skills, systems and real-world experience they need.

The goal isn’t to create agents who need a mentor forever. It’s to create strong, capable agents who know how to think, act and operate independently.

How the mentorship works

Three transactions. Three levels of growth.

It’s a progression — not a handoff. Because doing ten transactions doesn’t automatically make someone competent. We care whether you actually know what you’re doing.

Transaction 1

Mentor teaches

You learn the process with significant mentor involvement.

Transaction 2

You lead. Mentor reviews.

You begin taking the lead while your mentor guides, reviews your work and helps you through decisions.

Transaction 3

You lead. Mentor oversees.

You take increasing ownership while your mentor observes, gives feedback and steps in when needed.

Transactions 4–10

Independent growth

As competency and confidence grow, mentor involvement decreases and your independence increases.

What you’ll learn

Real skills. Real experience. Real confidence.

Business

Development, goal setting, lead generation, marketing and more.

Contracts & compliance

Sellers

Pricing, marketing, listing presentations and seller communication.
