We collect the information you choose to share through our forms — such as your name, email, phone number, property address and the details of your plans — to respond to your inquiry and provide real estate services. When you create a free account, we also store the homes and searches you save and the alerts you request.
Like most websites, we automatically receive basic technical information such as your browser type, pages viewed and approximate location, which helps us keep the site secure and understand what is useful.
How we use your information
We use your information to answer your questions, schedule showings and consultations, prepare market analyses, send the listing alerts you ask for and improve our website. Inquiries are stored in our customer relationship system (Buying Buddy) so the right agent can follow up. We do not sell your personal information.
Property search (IDX) data
Listing information is provided through an IDX feed from North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS) for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use. Your saved homes and searches are stored with your account so we can send the alerts you request.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages, you may receive messages about your inquiry, listings and appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to remember your account and saved searches and, where enabled, to measure site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, such as staying signed in, may not work without them.
Sharing and security
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — such as our CRM, website host and, when you ask us to, lenders, title companies or other professionals involved in your transaction — or when required by law.
