Military & First Responder Relocation

For military and first responders: PCS moves, VA loans and hometown-hero programs, handled by a Military Relocation Professional who understands your timeline.

Our approach

Thank you for your service. Let us serve you.

Shayla is a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and is especially passionate about serving veteran, active-duty and first-responder families. We know a PCS move often means buying sight unseen, on a short timeline, from another state.

We offer live video tours, neighborhood drive-throughs, VA-savvy lender introductions and a plan for every step — and we connect police officers, firefighters, EMS, teachers and veterans with Texas home-buying programs designed for them.

MRP FAQ

Military and first responders: home buying FAQ

What programs help military and first responders buy in Texas?

VA loans for eligible service members and veterans, Texas Veterans Land Board land and home loans, and the Homes for Texas Heroes program from the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation for police, firefighters, EMS, teachers and veterans.

How does a VA loan work?

Eligible buyers can purchase with no down payment and no monthly mortgage insurance; a funding fee usually applies unless you are exempt. See the VA home loan program and our VA loan guide.

Can I buy a home before my PCS report date?

Yes. We do live video tours, neighborhood drive-throughs and coordinated inspections for military and first responders on tight timelines, and many families close by power of attorney or mail-away closing.

What is a Military Relocation Professional?

MRP is a certification for agents trained in military moves, VA financing and PCS timelines. Shayla Eadler holds it and leads our military and first responders clients.

Do you help first responders who are not veterans?

Absolutely. Our military and first responders service includes police officers, firefighters, EMS and teachers, who may qualify for Homes for Texas Heroes. Contact us and we’ll connect you with a lender who uses it.
